Dr. McGuire is a Nevada Licensed Psychologist. She has a diverse background working with a number of different populations, including developmental and intellectual disabilities, serious mental illness, and chemical dependency. She has provided individual, group, couples and family therapy to children as young as 2 and elders well into their 80’s across a variety of settings: private practice, community agencies, residential programs, inpatient and outpatient programs, and a federal prison. She is adept in the utilization of psychological and neuropsychological testing for individuals, organizations, courts, and educational systems. She teaches for the University of Phoenix in the Master’s in Counseling Program and is the Lead Faculty Area Chair for the Psychology and Counseling programs. She has provided supervision to student interns and other professionals for over ten years.
Brook Madden is a graduate of the BCaBA certificate program (2013) at Florida Institute of Technology, and the online Master of Education program in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (2016) at Arizona State University. She has worked in private clinical practice with individuals with autism spectrum disorders since 2012, where she supervised direct implementation of behavior-analytic programs as a BCaBA since February 2014, and as a BCBA since August 2016. Brook is competent in the use of intervention methods proven effective for people with autism, designing and implementing comprehensive ABA programming to promote independent functioning and building pivotal skills, communication skills, social interaction, functional life skills, etc. As the Director of ABA Services at Creative Behavioral Connections (CBC), Brook oversees the treatment of clients receiving ABA services at CBC.
Corey Nguyen received his undergraduate degree in Secondary Education from Bloomfield College and his graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University. He has worked with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities ranging from the ages of 2-18 since 2009. He has previously served as licensed teacher in New Jersey and Nevada. He has spent much of his career working as a self-contained classroom teacher in various elementary schools. He has been with Creative Behavioral Connections since 2016. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of NV.
Linda Stevens graduated with honors from the College of Southern Nevada with A.A.S. in Mental Health and Disability Services. She has been with Creative Behavioral Connections since October 2017. She is a Registered Behavior Technician, and began with CBC providing direct behavioral treatment interventions. Her dedication and skills led her to be promoted to RBT Trainer, Scheduling Supervisor, and then to ABA Quality Assurance Manager. Linda believes there is not greater joy than being a part of bringing out a child’s most inner attributes, and to look at each child as being a unique person who is going to put their individual footprints on this world.
Catlyn Lufkins is the Office Manager for Creative Behavioral Connections. She is dedicated to the overall operations of the clinic. She works directly with parents, staff, and other providers to assure insurance authorizations are obtained and treatment services provided.
