Dr. McGuire is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Psychological Services for Creative Behavioral Connections. She is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Nevada. She received her bachelor’s degree in social psychology and substance abuse from Chadron State College, her master’s degree in mental health counseling from Doane College, and her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Arizona School of Professional Psychology. Dr. McGuire has a diverse background working with a number of different populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders, serious mental illness, and chemical dependency. She has provided individual, couples, family, and group therapy to children as young as 2 and elders well into their 80’s. Dr. McGuire is adept in the utilization of psychological and neuropsychological testing for individuals, organizations, courts, and educational systems. She has provided services in private practice, community agencies, residential programs, inpatient and outpatient programs, and a federal prison. Dr. McGuire teaches graduate courses for the University of Phoenix in the Master’s in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling programs, and has presented nationally on numerous topics related to autism and mental health. She has provided supervision to student interns and other professionals and paraprofessionals for over ten years. Dr. McGuire is a member of the Nevada Psychological Association, and has held several board positions.

Corey Nguyen, BCBA, LBA

Corey Nguyen is the Director of ABA Services for Creative Behavioral Connections. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Bloomfield College and his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Corey has worked with individuals with autism and other related disorders for over a decade. During this time, he has worked in a variety of settings, including public schools, day habilitation, center based services, and home based services. Since 2018, he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Aimee D’Errico, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Aimee D’Errico is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada. Aimee provides therapy services for individuals, couples, families, and children. She is cognitive-behavioral therapy orientated and trauma trained. Aimee has received additional therapeutic training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Gottman Couples Therapy. Aimee completed her Master of Science in Counseling with a focus on Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy to pursue her passion for helping others. In addition to working as a LMFT, Aimee is working towards her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University. As a Doctoral Practicum student/Psychological Trainee, Aimee conducts psychological assessments. Additionally, Aimee presents research at conferences and regularly attends educational trainings. She has a passion for new and evolving research and is a proud member of the Nevada Psychological Association (NPA), Association for Psychological Science (APS), and the American Psychological Association (APA).

Omar Sanchez, BCBA, LBA

Omar Sanchez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and his master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. Omar began working in the ABA field as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) where he developed a passion for the field and working with individuals on the autism spectrum. He has worked in home based, center based, educational settings, and community settings.

Carleigh Sconyers, BCaBA, LaBA

Carleigh Sconyers is a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst and Licensed assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development from California State University, San Bernadino. She received her Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst certification from Florida Institute of Technology. Carleigh began her career in the field of Behavior Analysis at Creative Behavioral Connections as a Registered Behavioral Technician. She advanced to RBT Trainer and Apprentice prior to becoming a BCaBA. Carleigh has experience providing group based services for preteens and teens in social skills and positive behaviors. Carleigh has worked in home based, center based, educational settings, and community settings.

Linda Stevens, AAS

ABA Quality Assurance Manager

Linda Stevens is the ABA Quality Assurance Manager for Creative Behavioral Connections. She earned an associates of applied science degree in Mental Health and Disability Services from the College of Southern Nevada. She began working as a Registered Behavior Technician with Creative Behavioral Connections in 2017. She provided direct behavioral treatment interventions before being promoted to ABA Quality Assurance Manager. Linda is dedicated to ensuring quality ABA services are provided to all of CBC clients. She works closely with ABA staff, clients, parents, and other stakeholders. Linda believes each child is unique, and by looking at their individuality you can help them reach their full potential so they can make their own individual footprint in this world.

Catlyn McGuire

Office Manager

Catlyn McGuire is the Office Manager for Creative Behavioral Connections. Catlyn is dedicated to the overall operations of the clinic, and to the quality of the psychological services provided. Catlyn works directly with staff, clients, parents, and other stakeholders to assure insurance authorizations are obtained, psychological services are scheduled, and overall quality services are provided.
